growth that pays it’s own way.

As a commercial interior architect, I believe good design means thinking ahead. Loveland needs to grow smarter, not just bigger.

We can attract diverse industries, create jobs, and protect taxpayers all at once.

DEVELOPMENT WITH DIVIDENDS

  • Growth is coming. The question is: who benefits?

Loveland should expand industries that create real jobs in tech, clean energy, and manufacturing, instead of relying on endless housing.

When people earn more, we all benefit.

  • Nearby cities are attracting innovative industries while we debate the same old plans.

    Let’s:

    • Encourage adaptive reuse, tiny homes, and mixed-use projects.

    • Modernize permitting and reduce red tape.

    • Support startups through mentorship and local incubators.

Progress shouldn’t feel like a committee meeting.

  • Downtown is Loveland’s heart.

    • Provide short-term grants or tax credits for small businesses during construction.

    • Expand facade improvement incentives.

    • Improve parking, accessibility, and walkability.

We can modernize without losing character.

  • Metro Districts should help homeowners, not haunt them.

    Require:

    • Full financial disclosure and capped debt.

    • Model service plans with real protections.

    • Developer accountability, not creative math.

Growth should benefit the people who live here, not just the people who build here.
